SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

US UK and EU Shipping

VGOcig is available to U.S. customers with U.S. shipping addresses, UK customers with UK Address and International customers. US Customers will have their orders shipped from Los Angeles USA through our warehouse and shipping partner shipwire, with delivery within 3-5 days from date of order. UK customers will have their orders shipped from the UK using Royal Mail and with delivery within 2-5 days from date of order. Countries within the EU will have their orders shipped from the UK and delivery will occur within 3-7 days.

International Shipping

International shipping is also available and it is the responsibility of the customer to check whether electronic cigarette restrictions apply in their country of residence. Check our ‘Electronic Cigarette Legal Status: By Country’ for country legal status. Although this list was current in the date of publishing, changes may have occurred. As such, this list is only a guide and you must confirm the legal status yourself as refunds will not be issued for customs clearance refusals!

Standard Shipping: Delivery will normally occur within 5-7 days but may take up to 15 days. Customs delays do occur and may delay delivery even further. Standard Shipping is automatically selected if no other shipping method is selected. We can not guarantee delivery on your order as tracking of shipment will not be available. However, if items are returned to our us due to non delivery, a refund will be issued and a 20% administration fee will be charged on the order.

Courier shipping: is also available for international customers at an added cost, with delivery times between 3-5 days. We will send you a tracking number and information on how to track your parcel.

Order Processing Times

New orders are typically packed within 1 business day but may take up to 3 business days and are delivered within the time frame specified above. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee if free or standard shipping is selected. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays. For US customers, only US public holidays apply, for UK, EU and International Customers, UK public Holidays Apply.

NOTE: All free and standard delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. Tracking numbers and name of shipping company will be provided so inquiries can be forwarded to them or you may contact us and we will follow up. If you are concerned about time taken or missing packages please choose registered shipping at checkout.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our product and guarantee to the original purchaser that our product shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your VGOcig pack, battery, or charger, simply complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), place the RMA form and the item(s) to be exchanged in a padded envelope, and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form. RMA forms will be forwarded to you upon request. Please send an email to [email protected]. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

NOTE: All exchange requests MUST be accompanied by an RMA form, be received within one year from the date of the original order, and include all items to be exchanged . We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered exchanges. All cartridge sales are final. Cartridges are unable to be exchanged.

We will accept cancellation of orders if placed before your shipment is sent out. However, once your shipment is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

What should I do if I have a product that is missing parts:

You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your product. At that time we will issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for you to return your product to us for a full refund. A return label will also be provided to you to return the shipment.

What should I do if I receive a product that has been damaged during shipping:

Occasionally an item will be damaged during shipment. If you notice any damage to the box or item, note the damage in detail on the receipt and do not accept delivery of the package. It is important that you do not accept or sign for a damaged package and contact us on [email protected] Please do not dispose any of the packaging at any time. A claim will be filed for your package and a credit will be processed in full to your account upon receipt at our warehouse.

What if I do not like the product that I have received:

You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your product. At that time we will issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for you to return your product to us for a refund. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will not be refunded the original shipping and handling charges. We will provide you with a return label to return your product, however the amount of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. In the event you choose to return your own package you will be responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, for your protection, we strongly suggest that you fully insure the package you are returning and use a traceable method of shipping which includes a tracking number so that you can provide proof of delivery if necessary. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for your return, you will not receive credit for that return. The reason for this is because once an item leaves our warehouse, we can no longer sell that product as “new”, it is now considered a “used” product and can not be sold. This occurs even if the product is not opened.

Inspection of items:

All items will be inspected and tested by us upon receipt. In order to process your return and credit, the items will be inspected for the following:

All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Specifically: packaging materials, warranty cards, parts and accessories, promotional items, manuals, and all other documentation provided.

Products must be returned with all standard certification labels intact and legible (UPC code, barcode labels, etc).
Products must be returned to us in original manufacturer’s packaging with a qualified external shipping container to eliminate possibility of shipping damage during the return transport.

30 Day Money Back Gurantee

30 Day money back guarantee is available for the following customers:

New customers
Existing customers purchasing new products or products never purchased

To utilize the 30 day money back guarantee, the above mentioned customers must send an email to [email protected] informing us on the return of their goods and ship the items on or before the 30 day. We will then send you a RMA which must be filed out and shipped with the item. We will inspect items as listed above “Inspection of items”.
